Balls in Your Court Week 11 CFB Picks

The Playoff picture is starting to come into form. Although we may not agree on the CFP rankings as of Week 10, it always sorts itself out in the end as there is a lot of football to be played. We have some really good inter conference matchups that headline Week 11, but none bigger to the CFP picture than TCU @ Texas. We have a full slate so lets jump right into it!

Balls In Your Court Week 11 CFB Game of the Week: TCU @ Texas -7

TCU and Texas both being on previous game of the weeks in the past, its interesting to see them both continuing to win and put their own matchup in this position. Texas looks much better with Ewers under center, although the offense still lacks consistency at times for all the talent there. TCU is the epitome of offensive consistency; however they also have consistently one of the worst defenses in the conference. This game very well could come down to has the ball last and I would trust the Texas defense more than I would the TCU defense. In turn, I also trust the TCU offense more than the Texas offense. This truly is an intriguing matchup on paper and the status of Quentin Johnson will be huge for not only the result, but the betting total as well. I imagine this to be a shootout all the way and ultimately, i trust the Texas defense can get a few more stops than TCU to eek this one out. TCU is fighting for CFP hopes so they may have the slight edge in motivation here.

Jon's Game of the Week Pick: Texas 30-28

Zach's Game of the Week Pick: Texas 45-17

Jon's GOW Record: 4-6

Zach's GOW Record: 7-3
