Balls In Your Court Week 10 CFB Picks

A little bit of a lull in the Week 9 slate all things considered, it appears Week 10 is shaping up to be quite a rebound. We open the day with Texas Tech @ TCU, which leads into Tennessee @ Georgia in the afternoon, and Bama/LSU or Texas/Kansas St depending on your preference. Plenty of games to get you through that day long couch potato status! You just have to love November CFB because even the "weak" games on the slate have conference implications. It all matters! Lets jump into the picks

Balls In Your Court Week 10 CFB Game of the Week: Clemson -3.5 @ Notre Dame

This is a fascinating matchup as Clemson is still heavily in the CFP contention yet Notre Dame is a hot betting piece this week. +3.5 to a home underdog is always an intriguing play and ND has improved since the embarrassing loss to Marshall. By all accounts, Dabo will be starting DJ U but Klubnik is right on his trail so it very well could be a short leash with every game being a must win moving forward. Will Shipley will do his thing in this contest but the real matchup I am intrigued with is the Clemson run defense against the steady ND run attack. The ND offense is one dimensional, but that doesn't make it easy to stop that one dimension either. Clemson has athletes all over on defense but they aren't as steady as in years past. The Defensive line is still a strength and holds opponents to less than 3.5 yards per carry. Drew Pyne will need to have an incredible game today for ND to pull off the upset, but a cover seems imminent.

Jon's Game of the Week Pick: Clemson 24-21

Zach's Game of the Week Pick: Notre Dame 24-17

Jon's GOW Record: 3-6

Zach's GOW Record: 6-3
