Balls in Your Court 2021 NBA Draft Big Board

The NBA Draft is almost here, that means we get to give out all cold takes and hot takes without any immediate repercussions. Who is this year’s Giannis, Damian Lillard, Nikola Jokic, Kawhi Leonard? In this article I’m not predicting where these players end up, I simply am predicting the order of the best players in this draft.
In the mock draft after this big board, you will learn more of what I think about each individual player and a breakdown of their skillset. For the big board, this is my order of players and down below I have all the surprises from my big board and key thoughts.
Things you will learn from this big board:
-Scottie Barnes is a guy that never looked like a top 5 talent but will go top 5. Hard player for me to judge so I dropped him a little bit to 7.
-James Bouknight has impressed in the pre-draft portion and with rumors of him fixing his jumper I believe he is the fifth best player in the draft.
-Moses Moody is a top 10 player in this draft and Josh Giddey should be moving up everyone’s board right now.
-I really love Chris Duarte and his game, he will have an immediate impact on the league, people are just afraid to commit to this 24-year-old.
-If Jared Butler didn’t have the heart scare in the medical process, he is a lottery pick.
-Nay’Shon (Bones) Hyland will be a star in the league if he goes to the right place. Missed his breakout opportunity by VCU getting knocked out of March Madness from Covid.
-Guys I like that you shouldn’t overlook because they will excel in their role: Joe Weiskamp, Herb Jones, Aaron Henry
-Guys that scare me in this draft: Keon Johnson, Jalen Johnson, and Kai Jones.
